Track Your Order

Want to know where your order is? You can follow it in one of these simple ways:

1. From your order confirmation

After placing your order you receive a confirmation email and SMS. Open the “View your order” link to see the live status of your order and the shipping tracking number once it has been dispatched.

2. From your account

If you ordered while signed in, go to My Account → Orders to see all your orders and their current status.

3. Contact our team

Please note: large equipment such as ENT units, chairs and microscopes is delivered and installed by our team — we will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

Write your order number (for example #1001) in the message box and our team will reply with your order status within one working day.
